Terms and Conditions

  • Units are expected to range between 300-400 SF each
  • Initial monthly rent is expected to range between $850-$1,100 per month depending on floor, floor plan, size and views.
  • Floor plans, common areas and building exterior are artist's rendering. All dimensions are approximate. Actual product and specifications may vary in dimension or detail. Not all features are available in every apartment.
  • We are expected to be pet friendly, although not all pets will be accepted. There may be limitations on size and breed.
  • There is no associated parking with these units.  220 Madison is ideal for those residents that do not want to own a car.  We expect to have ZipCar spots and ride share areas available close to the property.  We expect to have a large amount of bike racks in front of the property.
  • There may be a requirement that all residents do not own cars when residing here or already have monthly parking in Downtown Tampa.
  • Move ins are expected by Spring 2018, but could change due to permits, construction delays, etc.
  • There is a small $50 reservation fee.  We want to make sure that the people that reserve are serious.
  • This is a FULLY REFUNDABLE reservation fee and can be canceled at anytime by the party making the reservation.
  • If you prefer, reservations can also be taken in person at our other property, West River Flats, located at 1545 Spruce Terrace, Tampa Florida 33607.  Phone number there is 813-325-0000.  Money orders only, no cash.

How can I reserve a spot?

Although we expect to start moves ins in the spring of 2018, we are accepting reservations now.   Please click on the “Reserve Now” link at the top of the page.  That will take you to a form that we request you fill out.  The reservation cost is $50.  It is fully refundable, if your plans change.

When can I move in?

We expect to start move ins around Spring 2018.

What are the qualifications to move in?

We will run standard background, criminal and credit checks.  We may also require that you do not own a car.  This may be a requirement by the City of Tampa in order to be able to allow the development of these apartments in our building.  The good news is that there are a ton of other transportation options in Downtown Tampa.  Click here for a list of them.
