We can't say enough about this property. The staff, especially Christin, is so responsive, and such a gem all the way around! The shared spaces such as the laundry, lobby, exercise room, etc, are exceptionally clean. My daughter had a wonderful experience there and wouldn't hesitate returning in the future. The University of Tampa is four blocks away, about a 5 to 10 minute walk across the bridge. Most residents walk or hop on our free shuttle.
Yes. Our free shuttle runs to the Vaughn Center on the University of Tampa's campus Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 10pm. Electric bikes and scooters are all over downtown too.
Yes. 220 Madison is a student-only community, and every resident signs their own lease for their bedroom. Groups of friends can also lease a whole apartment together, and we offer roommate matching.
No. We offer 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, and every resident gets their own private bedroom. Bedrooms are leased to one person each.
