Yes. 220 Madison is a student-only community, and every resident signs their own lease for their bedroom. Groups of friends can also lease a whole apartment together, and we offer roommate matching.

No. We offer 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, and every resident gets their own private bedroom. Bedrooms are leased to one person each.
